In a small town, high school senior Tripp Coley discovers a unique creature named Creech, who feeds on oil. This discovery leads Tripp and Creech on an adventure to protect Creech’s species from a fracking company. With the help of his tutor Meredith and others, Tripp fights to save Creech’s habitat from destruction, ultimately leading to a showdown with the company’s henchmen. Along the way, relationships are formed, and Tripp finds purpose in his quest to save his new friend.
