I found this to be the exciting, large-scale action picture the series needed. The opening sequence sets a high standard for spectacle, immediately establishing a gritty atmosphere that carries through the entire runtime. The action is consistently crisp, dynamic, and easy to track, giving these confrontations significant weight.
